At Mini's Pawsome Creations, we want to ensure that your commission experience is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.
Here's an overview of your Commission Journey and our estimated timeline
Quote and Agreement:
Reach out to us through our quote forms! We'll discuss your vision, requirements, and any special requests.
We'll review your request and provide you with a customized quote. (This is valid for 2 months MAX)
Once you're comfortable with the quote, we'll send you an agreement outlining the terms and details of the commission.
Deposit Payment:
To secure your commission slot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
We'll send you an invoice for the deposit amount, payable via PayPal in EURO currency.
Duct-Tape Dummy:
For full body commissions, create a strong duct tape dummy according to our guide.
This step is essential for accurate sizing and fitting.
Commission Queue:
Your commission will be added to our queue based on the deposit payment date.
We'll keep you updated on your position in the queue via Trello.
Creation and Updates:
We'll begin working on your commission according to the queue.
You'll recieve updates on the progress of your commission, or upon request.
Remaining Payment:
The remaining 70% payment will be invoiced along with the deposit, and you have the flexibility to choose a payment plan that suits you best. However, please note that certain aspects, such as gluing and finalizing details, won't commence until the full payment is received.
We believe in transparency and collaboration throughout the process, and your commission will progress as payments are made, ensuring both parties are aligned every step of the way.
Final Review and Approval:
We'll provide you with photos and details of the completed commission for your review.
Upon your approval, we'll proceed with final touches and preparations for shipping.
Shipping:
Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately.
Your commission will be shipped once full payment is received and shipping costs are covered.
Estimated Timeline:
Our goal is to finish commissions within a year from the start of the queue.
Conventions: If requested, we may try to complete commissions in time for specific conventions (at our discretion).
